Currently serving as the Director at the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) in New Delhi, India. Previously, I was the Director-Principal at Ch. Ranbir Singh State Institute of Engineering & Technology in Jhajjar, Haryana. I am also a Visiting Professor at the Centre for Supply Chain Improvement at the University of Derby, UK, and an Honorary Research Fellow at the Bradford School of Management, University of Bradford, UK. With over 300 research papers published in various journals, my work has earned more than 23,000 citations and an H-index of 82 on Google Scholar.
